Player Development Philosophy:
Our goal is for our players and families to have an enjoyable experience that will serve them for a lifetime. We will never lose sight of our responsibility to provide an environment where every player has a equal chance to develop in training sessions(practice). The development will always come through training since we have roughly 70 practices per year and only 30 or less games per year. Players will be chosen to play in games by their performance and attendance in training (i.e. listening skills, competitive ability and skill performance). All players will be allowed a chance to play in matches but all players will not play the same amount during each match per the coach and his or her choice.
